Boyce Law is a boutique firm with lawyers practicing in real estate law, particularly in new homes and construction, as well as wills and estates law. We can help with your home purchases, home sales, refinancing/debt restructuring and transfers of land, as well as with wills, powers of attorney, personal directives and estate planning advice. We are located in Quarry Park, conveniently near Deerfoot and Glenmore, with ample free parking.

Sarah Boyce​ - Principal Lawyer
Sarah attended the University of Ottawa for her law degree and was subsequently called to the Alberta Bar in 2013 and the British Columbia Bar in 2017. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, dining out, swimming, and spending time with her partner exploring Alberta.

Bailey Kester - Associate Lawyer
Bailey earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Lethbridge and Juris
Doctor from Bond University. She was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2023. Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys travelling, skiing, and attempting to golf.
